Bookings & Payments

• Bookings require payment at the time of confirmation, unless prior arrangement is made.

• Payment confirms your place and supports the gathering of ceremonial elements and materials.

• Accepted payment methods include, bank transfer, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna and cash.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may incur a partial fee.

• Full refunds or rescheduling options are offered in cases of illness, cultural obligation, or emergencies.

• Product returns are available within 14 days for faulty or misdescribed items.

  Shipping & Fulfilment

  Orders are prepared with intention and sent via Australia Post or courier. Please allow 2–5 business days for dispatch. We also offer local pickup from our studio — a gentle option for those nearby.

Workshop & Product Use

• Products and tools shared during workshops are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to remove participants who act in ways that disrupt the circle or compromise safety and respect.
